Holistic and rejuvenating spa experiences at Up Your Body are available by appointment only. To ensure availability, we suggest scheduling your appointment well in advance. A major credit card is required to secure a reservation for any of our services, including Free Consultation services. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your initial appointment to enjoy a detox tea and prepare for your session. Feel free to unwind in our resting room with a soothing massage chair and detox in our infrared sauna after any treatment. This provides ample time for completing a client profile and getting ready for your holistic treatment.


Your patronage is highly valued, and we deeply appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to modify or cancel a reserved appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours, there may be a charge of up to the full service amount to your credit card. In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full service fee will be charged to your credit card. For pre-purchased treatment series, the session will be deducted from the series. Appointments booked on the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled, aligning with our 24-hour cancellation policy. Your understanding ensures the smooth flow of our holistic services.


We kindly request your understanding that each service at our spa is carefully timed to ensure a complete and enjoyable experience. Your punctuality is vital, as a late arrival may constrain our capacity to provide the fullest experience. Please be aware that tardiness will not result in an extension of scheduled treatments, and you will be responsible for the full service. Your cooperation ensures a harmonious and fulfilling holistic journey.


Kindly switch your cellphone to vibrate mode during your Spa visit to maintain a tranquil environment for other guests undergoing treatments. If you need to make a phone call, we kindly request that you step outside. We discourage texting or making calls during our sessions, allowing for an uninterrupted and serene experience. Exceptions can be made for emergencies. Your consideration enhances the holistic ambiance we strive to create.


Gift cards/certificates hold a sacred value, being both non-refundable and non-transferable. It’s the essence of holistic gifting. Please note, discounted gift cards cannot be both purchased and used in the same transaction. They transcend the realm of cash or credit, not applicable to retail products or treatment series. When booking, let the energy of your gift card be known, and remember to present its physical manifestation at your appointment. One gift card or certificate gracefully aligns with each service or product purchase. Harmonize your energies wisely; these gifts don’t dance with first-time client and referral discounts. In accordance with the flow of California Law, our gift cards/certificates live beyond time’s constraints. However, should they rest in stillness for over 12 months, a gentle $50 inactivity fee will be charged. Promotional gifts, born from the energy of Up Your Body SPA, including those from our email sanctuary, gracefully expire after a year, finding their purpose in regular-priced services performed by Anne Carol.


Our Spa specials carry a unique energy and cannot harmonize with any other offers, promotions, or third-party gift cards/certificates. The sacred initiation of a first-time client receives a benevolent $25 off, aligning only with regular-priced services, excluding bookings with Anne Carol. Its energy does not flow towards discounted add-on services, treatment series, or retail products. In the dance of energies, we honor the exclusivity of each offer, ensuring a harmonious and balanced experience for all our cherished guests.


Our services do not include gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction and towards 100% to the therapist.


All prices featured on our website are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. This applies to both individual session rates and any series of treatments, as well as promotional offers. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.


Regrettably, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions for spa series treatments that have been purchased. However, we are happy to exchange them for alternative spa series of equal value or provide spa credit of equal value. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.


Up your Body SPA currently accepts returns for defective products and packaging only when accompanied with a receipt, for a full refund if they are unopened, and in original, undamaged packaging. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by original receipt. All sale and promotional vouchers are final sale.


Major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal, certified checks, money orders, or any 3rd party gift cards or pre-paid credit cards. Valid state issued ID is required when paying by credit card. Thank you!
